Training in India

India is 4th largest and second fastest growing economy ( 9.0% ) in the world. The exponential growth in few sectors have led to a huge skill shortage (e.g 10 million jobs in IT services sector). To keep up with the ever changing needs of today’s global economy an average corporate in India currently spends anywhere from 0.5% to 5% on training in a year, which sometimes is still not enough.

Demand for skilled workers across sectors ranging from manufacturing to retail and hospitality is fuelling the market for constant upgradation Sustained economic growth, rising trade and burgeoning domestic demand is driving the need for workers with necessary skills. As we have the largest population of young people in the world, we need to invest adequately in their education and employability, to become the largest pool of technically trained manpower in the world to be globally competitive.
