Mr. Akil Mahimwala has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Technology , he has been working in the IT industry since he graduated in 1997 and is well versed in both the Software and Hardware aspects of Technology.

Mr. Nabil Mahimwala is a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University. He also is a certified Customer Service professional from “Algonquin College , Canada and has over 18 years of experience in Running and Managing Business Operations .

Mr. Prasad Deole is a post graduate in Inorganic Chemistry, Mumbai University and has done Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Mumbai. He is a certified practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is also a certified assessor of Thomas Profiling and a Grid Instructor.

He got himself trained in the areas of Transformation & Personal effectiveness with Landmark Education Corporation and Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS). He has conducted more than 300 outbound programmes wherein his vast industry experience and profound spiritual insights are reflected and delivered with his uniquely witty style.

Capt. Swaminathan is a science graduate from Mumbai University who after graduation joined the Indian Army as a commissioned officer. Capt. was posted in the most sensitive areas of the country and hence strategic planning was his personal competency in which he excelled. Discipline and commitment are an integral part of his life.

Capt. brings in his vast leadership and assessment experience into the training programmes he conducts. His real life, thrilling experiences motivate and inspire the corporate world.

Mr. Ramnath Iyer – a qualified chartered accountant and founder of THE IYERS, with his 20 years of experience in training people conceptualized the unique RVA model. He is the only proponent of the RVA model which combines the Vedic aspects of Meditation and modern techniques of Transformational Vocabulary. Being an excellent Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner he has boosted the confidence and self esteem of over 50000 people.

He is a life coach to a group of 50 plus entrepreneurs supporting them with the concepts of networking and personal growth. He is on the panel of leading business consulting houses extending his valuable expertise on leadership and communication strategies.
