Stress Management

Most people experience some form of stress, but understanding its causes and putting strategies in place make a real difference. Stress is a personal, team, organisation-wide, and health and safety issue. This programme combines stress assessments and practical ways to overcome stress by making either lifestyle or smaller changes.

At the end you will :

  • understand sources of stress in your life and at work
  • recognise conditions to stay in flow
  • to use different responses to stress: emotional management or acceptance
  • detect your deeply held beliefs that may lead to stress
  • recognise your emotional responses
  • recognise lifestyle changes needed to reduce stress
  • adopt short-term stress relief methods
  • use real-time stress relief methods

Why is this important?

Too little stress, or challenge, and we may be bored; too much stress and we're on the way to burnout. Stress is a major part of your self-management and organisation-wide people wellness strategy.
